The House

Salem opened the old cracked door to his Mother's child hood home. Salem felt something cold run down her back. She looked up, and saw a bloody sheet. She screamed slamming the door behind her. She coughed from all the dust and mold inside the house. Salem stepped over a dead mouse, making sure to check behind her every 5 seconds. She didn't want to get murdered. Salem heard foot steps on the second floor, she stared breathing heavily. She ran and hid in the closet, still breathing hard. She sat down behind a few boxes, making sure that she wasn't making to much noise. She could hear the foot steps getting louder, she heard frantic running all around the house. The closet door opened a crack and slammed shut. "Its not even Samhain (Halloween) yet! Was that a ghost or a murder?!" Salem exclaimed. The foot steps came back and Salem put her hand over her mouth. The door opened again and this time it didn't close. The figure got closer to Salem. She stopped breathing, making sure she didn't make any sounds. The figure picked up one of the boxes up in front of her. But the figure did not see her yet. She had a 20% chance that she could escape, but that 80% be dammed. Salem decided to stay in the closet. Salem burped. The figure tore the boxes that Salem was hiding behind. Malice had found her....He didn't killer her tho. Malice left Salem alone in the closet. Salem was shaking. Malice had found his way into Salem's mind through her weaknesses, her friends and family. It was at that point where she knew she had no escape from Malice.....
