Shattered Winter

Dream Realm

Tetsuya is a 15 year old boy who likes cats and games and punch. So when he was at his friends party, he decided to try the punch. It tasted amazing! Daiki, his best friend, urged him to try more. Almost like there was something in the punch he wanted Tetsuya to have, other than the ripe strawberry floating at the top. Tetsuya drank the whole glass for his friend. A strange smile curled to Daiki's cheeks and he floated away. Floated as in wandered of course. He can't fly. Tetsuya had his mind set on a special ingredient in the punch, because Daiki acted so strangely about it. He tried to forget about it and played a game with his friends. Tetsuya spent the next hour playing games, dancing, truth or dare, and things like that. Suddenly, he started to feel kind of drowsy and lightheaded. About 15 minutes later, he passed out. Daiki acted like he had no idea what just happened.
Later, Tetsuya awakened in a snowy beautiful field. He thought that one of his friends just dragged him out to the backyard as a prank, so he turned around to leave. But he bumped into a big hard piece of glass. He looked up and saw the glass was in the form of a dome!
"Where am I?" He asked himself. He peered out the glass and saw everyone partying! "What's going on...? Am I dreaming...? Wait... snowy fields, glass dome? I'M IN A SNOW GLOBE!"  "Shhh...." Someone put their hand on his mouth. He tried scream but it came out as a muffled mew. "Shhh!" The unknown being dragged him into the forest.
There were four doors in front of him. A wing, a flower, a moon, and a pillow. The being who dragged him here had vanished. He walked to the door with the pillow, guessing
that he could find out if he was in a dream or not. When he opened the door, there was a beautiful night's sky scenery behind a white balcony. A gorgeous tall girl stood on the balcony, watching the sky. She had short blonde hair, light tan skin, a purple nightgown, and purple slippers. Tetsuya tried to leave, in case she was busy, but when he turned around she heard him and turned her head.
"Oh! It's not often I have a visitor!" she said in her soft kind voice. "I really do wonder... what are you doing here?"
"I think i'm dreaming. I think this is a dream." He replied timidly.
"I'm Ayumi. What's your name?" The blonde girl asked.
"Tetsuya...Can you tell me... am I in a dream?" Tetsuya replied.
"Depends... are you dead?"
