Struggles (Nikki x Reader)

Wronged

You looked at the stars twinkling above you. You just seemed to think about Nikki during the whole night. It made you stay awake when you didn't want to, you just wanted to sleep. Looking over to her nest, you saw her curled up in a little ball. She breathed gently which made you feel less stressed. Your heart still beated fast, though, with the love that you felt for her.
You gulped a ball of saliva, making you feel thirsty. You stood up off your cot, having a light blood rush. You started to walk over to the stream, but you felt something grab your ankle. You gasped and turned around, feeling your heart pound inside your throat. Until you looked down. You saw Nikki grabbing your ankle with a sly look on her face. She pulled you over to her nest.
"Where are you going?" she asked as you sat down next to her. "I'm just a bit thirsty," you replied, your voice a little hoarse. Nikki looked at you with the stars reflecting in your eyes. "I could help you with that," she said, holding onto your shoulders. Your heart rate went up with love, feeling like you would explode from embarrassment. You two just sat there, breathing for a while. It made everything seem so, right.
She pulled you until you were pinning her. Nikki grabbed your waist, holding it gently. You knew something was going to happen. All of a sudden, something happened. You started kissing, full on kissing. Saliva was smeared on your mouths, somehow making it all the more satisfying. Nikki started to kiss your neck, making you start to feel turned on and ready.
She whispered in your ears the words you would remember before the best hour of your life. "I will stay with you until the end of space." She playfully bit your neck, it hurting so, so good. You softly giggled before licking her stomach. She started to moan in pleasure as you licked her waist. You continued until the sun started to rise above the land.
You laid on Nikki's cot, sweaty and tired. She rested her head on your stomach, making a nice warm sensation. You held your hand of her chest, and she softly kissed it. You felt her take your hand and start to playfully bite it. Her saliva smothered it, making you tingle. "This.. was wrong," she said. "But yet so right," you said before lifting your head.
You got up to go take a drink of water, like you were gonna do. Nikki had not really helped you quench your thirst, but it had distracted you for a little. You made it to the river, and took a look at the glistening water. Slurping it up, it felt like it was restoring your throat. You felt happy and decided to go back. When you looked at the campsite, Nikki was no where to be found.
"Nikki? Where are you?" you called around, tears swelling up in your eyes. Looking on her cot, you saw a candy wrapper with scribbling on it. "I don't know why I did that... but it's best I leave," it said. You fell down on your knees, clutching the note as you began to cry. You just started to walk on the same gravel pathway, down to the beach to morn your gone friend.
You walked down the gravelly pathway, rocks getting stuck in your feet. This happened every day, but you didn't mind. It started to feel pleasing many months ago. Admiring the beach, you took a sigh of relief. The pathways near the ocean were always the most calming at night, because no one would be there to block the view. There had never been because of the harsh tide. Except this particular day.
You walked down to the beach and sat down as the nightly breeze almost froze you. Cold water trickled against your paws, making it seem like an icy ocean ahead. You felt static next to you, so you turned your head. Nikki started at you with tears in her eyes. You smiled. "It's a shock to see you here," you said, making her smile. She hugged you, and you knew that your two were supposed to be sitting here.
