Now, you were probably expecting this to be at #1 or #2 or something like that, but Jeffy is not the star of the show to me. Don't get me wrong, he's a great character and he has his moments, especially his classic hate of green beans, saying Hey Daddy and "Are you F**king High?!!!", but I just feel there are better characters.
