SCP Containment Breach

Mass Breakout

        Our plan worked brilliantly. Or so we thought. As we waited for the dust to settle over the base, a few dozen MTF arrived. After questioning them thoroughly, I learned that SCP-035 was not evacuated! Since a team of 60 was about to enter the lab, I cautioned them and told them of what our past actions have been. After a full briefing, they advised Captain [EXPUNGED], the man who led the MTF in previously, to join us. Grudgingly, he agreed. The squad had even more tranquilizers and a detonator. The explosive was planted at Gate-A, the entrance we had been using. During this transaction, our ears deheld the most excrutiating yell I have ever heard. 096 had finally met 173! Only, this was not the standard, build-up scream. It sounded more like a fit of anger than an emotional rage.
        Captain [EXPUNGED] will be telling the rest of the story.
"During our entrance and descent into the facility, we heard SCP-096's scream as the whole elevator shook. We all were wearing modified goggles, and had not even entered the facility yet, when it started screaming. Soon, we arrived at floor-1. As soon as we entered, we saw a gigantic hole gaping at us. At the very end was SCP-173, staring at us in the distance. Since the elevator was ascending to carry the next load of soldiers, I had to do something. I ordered that a group of six MTF were to trap 173 in containment again. They advanced towards it immediately.
        "the other five of us waited for the rest. Ironically, two of them were the men I worked with last time. During this wait, we heard gunshots and shouting, but not from SCP-096. The three of us rushed towards SCP-173, as the two new MTF loitered, waiting for reinforcements. SCP-173 was secured in it's holding cell, but the men were missing.
        "As we were searching for them, SCP-035 had come into containment and had been captured. We made our way out with only a few casualties and six missing men."
