Ricky wasn’t the most well-adjusted of teenagers. He was a chubby, sensitive kid, with long, light brown, greasy hair and big brown eyes. He didn’t really fit in anywhere, and so of course he felt comforted and accepted when he saw his first Marilyn Manson video on MTV. He knew his dad had always forbidden him from listening to such blasphemous music, Marilyn Manson especially, but he couldn’t help but feel intrigued by the goth man who was writhing about and screaming on the set of the video. The lyrics really resonated with Ricky as well. “I want to use you, and abuse you, I want to know what’s inside you.”, the man whined in a vaguely familiar voice.Ricky froze up as his dad walked in on him watching the video. It was the first time he had ever seen his dad cry.
