A poem I wrote in JAG class the other day when I was thinking of my ex. I'm not that much depressed as I use to be, all thanks to my girls: Evelyn, Gleneisha, Donna, Briana, Keyira, Rachel and my mom. A big thanks to my mom for bringing me out the dark hole that I was in and bringing out the light in me. <3 =)

Because of You

I'm truly hurt, because of you
I'm depressed, because of you
I won't eat, because of you
I can't sleep, because of you
I don't talk, because of you

Because of you, you are the reason why I'm scared.
Because of you, you are the reason why I'm heart broken
Because of you, you are the reason why I want to cry
Because of you, you are the reason why I want to cut myself and die.




A special big thank you goes out to my mom and best friends, Evelyn, Gleneisha, Donna, Keyira, and Rachel for bringing me out of the darkness and for helping me out through my dark times. Also, another thing, I want to say thank you to my old Spanish teacher, Mrs. Garcia. You all helped me out and I just wanted to say thank you! <3

Wow i felt that same way wen i was raped i thought it was my fault, i was cutting, starving, hurt badly, weak and disgusted. Lucky my mom n my bf helped me through it
