Chapter 2.

Corridors and Picking Locks

"Who was the first president?" I asked. The book replied 'George Washington' " Nice" I said. "What is your name?" then word 'ivory' appeared. "Explains the color" I muttered
"How do I get out of this room?" I asked. 'books on passage-ways and tunnels' Ivory answered. I closed the book and knelt by the shelf.
I ran my finger along the book titles until I found one that read 'tunnels' I tugged at it but it was stuck. I yanked it and this time a part of the wall opened up. I went to look but then just realized it was just more books. I gasped. "Yes!" I exclaimed. There was another candle.
I took a candle and started studying the books. I found a book that said 'passage-ways' and I pulled it and it revealed a ladder under the desk.
I grabbed Ivory and climbed down. There was a giant metal door with a lock. I pulled a Bobby-pin from the crazy birds nest I call my hair and picked the lock.
I pushed the doors open and there was a corridor that got smaller and smaller. "Stupid cluastraphobia" I muttered then took a deep breath and walked in.
