When she arrive at her new school the yard was alreay crawling with pupils she was about 10 minuets early so she decided to find her first class rather than trying to find it in the mad rush of pupils going to their classes. When she got there Sofie saw two girls already there one had blonde haire like her own and the other had brown hair.
"Um hi is this Mrs Sanders' Class?" asked Sofie shyly.
"Yeah are you new here I'm Ellen Golding and this is Katie Jenkins,"  the blonde haired girl then pointed at the brown haired girl as she said this, "So what's your name?" she then asked.
"Um Sofie Jameston," replied Sofie.
"You have a french acsent are you from france?" butted in Katie as she tied her dark brown hair in a loose pony tail.
"Yeah we just moved here I live in the farmhouse at Blueberry Stables," replied Sofie.
"Oh cool that's were me and Ellen are stabling our horses my horse is called Rosie or Red Rose as mum likes to call her I don't like that though bit of a mouth full really, Ellen's horse is called Lightning Strike or lightning for short, do you have a horse?" asked Katie.
"Yeah Toffee well actually his show name is Chocolate Toffee but I think Toffee sounds better." Replied Sofie just as she said this the bell went and Katie and Ellen went and sat down at the back of the class while sofie stood at the front feeling a little lost while waiting for the teacher.
"Ah," said Mrs Sanders as she walked in, "So you found the classroom alright why don't you go and sit with Katie she can look after you today." she said with a smirk on her face when she said Katie's name.
"OK class we have a new student starting today she is called Sofie Jameston and I hope you will make her feel very welcome!" said the teacher cheerfully.
"What was all that about Mrs Sanders had a smirk on her face when she dumped me on you," asked Sofie.
"In Mrs Sanders last English class Katie sent a note round the class with a picture of a pig in the mud on it saying 'Have you seen Mrs Sanders new Hobby mud rolling!' Everyone was laughing the whole lesson!" replied Ellen.
