Chapter 1.

The Stable Society (prelude)

Mist was powerful. Nobody had threatened his rule except for his counterpart, Lightning. Mist slowly blinked his large, white eyes. He stood overlooking his empire, this society that he created over the course of thousands of years. It was a stable society, and he planned to keep it that way.
But not everyone wanted a stable society. They were called the Anarchists, and they thrived in chaos. And the Anarchists were about to thrive.
