Day 1

(The POV is what is being written in a diary)

   Today was Mary's birthday. I completely forgot, and I didn't come. I feel terrible.... I would help her. I would care and make sure that she was alright. But no. I didn't. I failed to be a good friend. And all I know is that she might hate me. Making sure to hide my diary under my mattress before going to school. Don't want my Mother to find it. If she knew what was going on, I wouldn't be breathing. I might be 6 feet under...
