"Why would he do that? Isn't he like your boyfriend? Ben asked. "He talks to me about you a lot." Minna looked at him like he was crazy.
"No why?"
"Because Ben here wants to know more about Shadow's outside life." I said pointing at Ben. She looked at Ben shaking. "Are you cold, or freaking out?" I asked genuinely concerned.
"Freaking out." Her voice was quiet and shaky. Out of instinct I hugged her tightly causing her to jump in suprise. I started crying as I squeezed her tight.
"Shadow might be a jerk at times, especially to me, but I know he loves and cares for you." The girl seemed just to be shocked. I just hugged the girl, crying, and trying to convince her it was just a dream. Until I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turned my head to see a fuzzy version of my brother EJ.
"I don't think Minna is comfortable sis." I snapped back to reality, and realized that I was hugging her. I quickly retracked and bowed my head.
"I'm sorry." I started wile standing up. "I'll just go practice my doll making." I said making my way to the door. "And EJ don't eat her kid-" I cut myself off remembering that she's dead. "Never mind." I walked to Vine's room and knocked on his door. "Hey Vine let's make a doll!" The door opened, and showed a 13 year old boy with black hair, and a pink glass eye.
"Ok let's start with hair color."
"Blue."
"Ok." He grabbed blue thread. "Eyes?"
"Black."
"Alright." He grabbed two glass black eyes. "Lip col-" We heard two loud thuds about thirty seconds between each. "What do you think that was Giz?" I looked at him dizzily.
"I have no clue. Let's check it ou-" Wile trying to stand up I fell, and passed out.
I was in a mirror maze with a collar around my neck.
"Now that your all here. It's time to face your fears. Starting with lover boy." A voice echoed through the maze.
