A Run In With Destiny
I couldn't sleep that night. How could I? I was too intrested in Glarina's father. I sneaked into a baggy WhatYaDo T-shirt and strecty black pants. I slid on pink high tops and slowly made my way out of the hotel and out into the crisp night air. I felt the wind blast my shoulder blades and I rubbed them and shivered. Hawaii was actually VERY scary at night. I tiptoed around the corner where I had been sure I had seen a Productions Sign about Erikas. Just as I did I fell over the stupid garbage can infront of me. "Seriously?" I asked my mind swirling at the possibility that my LUCK status had fallen completely. Then I ran into a man. He had salty peppered hair and was wearing a black suit and gold chains that made him look like a superstar. "Excuse me" he said. "Hey, are you part of Erikas. You look like a sure-to-be songwriter/singer" he asked. "Glarina's father?" I asked. "Yep. And I want to make you a star. Tell me kid. Can you sing?" he asked. I nodded, as if in a trance.
