Once upon a time there was a girl. To the blind eye there wasn't anything really special about her, she was just a normal human child. When she was around the age of seven her father took her to a strange land, a land that she would soon call home.  The day her father had taken her to this land he had carefully explained that the lands name was Asgard and that she would be staying there for the summer. Once they arrived in Asgard she saw many things that she had never seen before, sounds she had never heard. Her father lead her into a large, glorious throne room. On the throne in the center of the room there was an old looking man with hair as white as snow and a scraggly beard to match, an a golden eyepatch.

The man had told her to go to the room on the right, she did as she was told. As she stepped into the room two young men, presumably her age, looked up from what they were doing one was reading and the other was attempting to get the other one to play. One boy had neatly trimmed hair as dark as the night, emerald green eyes, and a cold expression on his face. The other boy had messy blond hair that was as bright as the day, sparkling blue eyes, and a kind welcoming expression on his face. They were as different as the night and day so she decided to call them the night and day prince She thought that she would like the day prince much better.

About an hour had passed and they had learned a lot about each other. They spent the summer exploring, playing, sparing, playing pranks, and the girls favorite simply sitting in the magnificent palace garden sitting next to the night prince and reading. But ,like all good things,  the summer had to come to an end.

"must you leave" the night prince asked her
"yeah I think I do" she answered "I'll miss you" she hugged her friend good bye
"I shall miss you as well my friend"
