What should I get my sister for christmas?

Ok. So xmas is coming up and i want to get my sister something she would definitely love this year. She is 11 soon to be 12. She likes Harry Potter, Mean Girls, and all the other basic stuff. She also likes fun kiddie toys and LOVES stuffed animals. However, I don't want to get her another stuffed animal this year. She also likes clothing from stores like Forever 21 and H&M . She LOVES bath and body works and lush. She also really likes the disney store and build a bear workshop. She really likes anything cozy or homey. She likes to constantly redecorate her room. Budget should be $40.
