Is this bad? (1)

I'm 13 and my Dad was quite ill and had a strange hole that had been forming on his head for years. He also had a damaged foot that had red marks going up it for no reason. Mum said it looks like blood poisoning. My brother was also on ice and seemed to be coughing from it. One time my friend was acting annoying and seemed like she was trying to gain sympathy from thing that had been happening in her life. I said that my dad and my brother were pretty much dying. Ever since that I've been feeling so guilty because they were never confirmed to be dying. I've thought of admitting this. Am I a bad person?
