# What type of Exercise?

## So I am trying to work out regularly for 30 minutes a day every day. I have to admit it doesn't always work but i'm trying. But I get bored really easily and I need an exercise routine that has several different types of workouts. Any ideas? I don't know what to do. Comment if your like me!.!

Workout #1

Warm up: 2 mile jog and stretching

65 sit ups

400 m repeats

1 min plank

30 push ups

Cool down: 1 mile jog stretch See More▼

Warm up: 1 mile jog and stretching

4 mile jog

Any core work

Cool down: Stretch

Workout #3

Warm up: 2 mile jog and stretch

Weightlifting

20 min spinning

800m x 6

Sorry these aren't 30 min workouts shorten the amount of each circuit maybe?
