Should young kids be watching PG-13 or R rated movies? Why or why not?

pretty much everyone watches those movies, it really doent matter.

Almost everyone at my school watches those movies. But here's what I think:
PG: must be supervised PG-13: must be extremely supervised R: Some no. But others REALLY REALLY REALLY supervised
