What Anime is This From?
This has been bothering me for a really long time. I remember watching this when I was little and they showed it on Toonami. The only thing I can remember is that there is a character in it who has no face and was wearing a black fedora like hat and possibly a suit. I know this isn't much but someone help ahh! Thanks! :D

Omg I remember the character, but I dot remember the name of the anime! I remember the showing on toonami! I was scared to death!!!!
