Im pretty sure on your screen it will say "15 years ago", but on everything else it would say "published (insert what actual day you published it)"

but if you went back to 2018 then yeah it would be like 14 years ago

You wouldn't be able to upload it. Your time zone has to be up to date. For example, it's 11/13 where I live and I have to have my device set to that date to even access the internet. @KoopaQueen
