First of all, welcome to Qfeast! I'm Bendy, and yes you can go to the envelope in the top and create a private chat room and allow a few other people to see it, also you can go to your own account and post something and allow people to comment.

Yes. You can private chat someone by going to their profile and clicking "send message" and that will create a new private chat with them. There is also a chat option with members of a page (I believe. I can't check because I'm on mobile). Meaning you can chat with all the page members.

Yes click a user and at the top there is a "send message " and type then send easy
