Can you give me tips on how to cut back on fast food and electronics?

I feel like i'm gonna start gaining too much weight if i keep eating like i do, and i also feel like i'm not putting my best into my schoolwork because i'm engrossed in electronics... Can you help me?

For your fast food consumption it's good to keep in mind that they food most fast food places serve is chock full of presurvitives and other hormones that can damage your body. It's not bad to eat it every once and a while, but to often will make your body feel slow. Like quiting anything it will be hard to get out of a routine of regular fast food consumption, but if you keep your goal in mind then it should help you. And another thing. If you want to lose weight don't drive yourself crazy dieting or excercising. You can still have the foods you love without gaining weight just don't over do it. Instead of buying fast food, switch to a vegan diet rich in fiber and carbs. It's the fastest way to lose weight, and the easiest. I used it myself and slimmed down pretty quikcly. If you can't go vegan, try eating organic foods rich in fiber, they keep you full longer so you won't have to eat as much. As for electronics, they monitoring your time online. And once that time is over, hand your electronics in and do something you like to do other than using the internet.

It is! I don't know the exact recipe, but if you just cook up some macaroni, add butter and garlic, and then put steamed zucchini, steamed broccoli, and cooked kale in, I think you'd be able to get it!

Oh yeah! I especially like her pizza with peppers and broccoli... but my FAVORITE one of her recipes is Green Goddess Pasta! Macaroni with vegan butter and garlic, topped with kale, zucchini, and broccoli! Mmm!!

Ask your parents to set a passcode on your electronics and not tell it to you, and whenever you want to get on, they'll enter it in. Or have them block some websites. As for your fast food issue, try making homemade food that's just as good! Cut up some potatoes and coat them in flour before cooking them in the oven - that'll make them crispy and healthier than fast food fries. This is how I lost 50 kgs, you need to diet. Fast food only causes waight gain, look up how it is made, it will shock you. All of the shit they put in, hormones, bugs all of the gross things. Try getting a salad, or something with less calories. Surch up your calorie intake, for your age, height and gender. And try to stay in that range, fast foods are really bad, and one Big Mac, can take up to a year worth of walking to burn off.

Maybe eat better and excerises(?)I want to eat better and such,but it's difficult.I think you should try keeping it in mind that you don't want to gain too much weight.As for the electronics,maybe start off slow.If I was asked I could problobly be off electronics for a day.At least.I think it's cause most of the time I use my tablet and phone for school work(I mostly only write and listen to music on my tablet).I think walking while listening to music may be a good idea.Sorry,if See More▼
