Does anybody know of any free photo editors? I am looking for a free photo editor where you can put two pictures together. Might need a photoshop app or something, I don't know. I don't want to just put pictures next to each other, I want to be able to cut something out of a picture and put it in another.

GIMP is powerful on desktop and lets you cut objects out and layer images, though it has a learning curve. Photopea is web-based and feels very similar to Photoshop, which I loved for quick edits. On mobile, PicsArt and Canva (free versions) can do basic cutouts too. I’ve used these for family projects and silly collages.
