deku problem
ive noticed that all of the transform masks in majoras mask have souls. but whats in the duku mask?! bree plz answer

You've heard of the Deku Butler's Son, right? That sad and twisted little tree seen in Majora's Mask? I believe that the butler's son's soul is in the Deku mask, just as Mikau is contained in the Zora mask and Darmani is in the Goron Mask. I theorize, when Skull Kid transformed Link into a deku, the son's soul is sealed in the mask and the little tree is merely the remains.
