Should i go to this summer camp?
I don't know if i should go to pine hills or not- my mom says it's okay, and all the other girls in my class are going, but i hate all the praise and worship lovey share- your -feelings and pretend people don't hate you stuff... Should i go so i don't get left out or enjoy my summer vacation?

First of all, what could you do at pine hills? And if the people in your class are going, do you have a friend that is going? I went to a summer camp once and none of my friends came. It was a sickly emotion, to be alone, so I suggest going if you have a friend going there too.

my classmates are going, (the girls) but i can hardly call them my friends. I only know that it is a catholic camp, and while i am catholic, i don NOT enjoy praise and worship and i definitely am NOT girly, and as far as i know, the food is terrible...( the eggs bounce...) the only reaso i want to go is to not be left out once again.

thanks... i was planning on telling her that anyway, and she never really approves of that sort of thing, i was just trying to decide whether to push it or not. Besides, honestly, i think i have 4H that week... i'm showing my bunny named Cocoa

Then honestly I think you should not go. If your mom objects just tell her that you won't enjoy yourself there so it's just a waste of time. This is my own opinion so you don't have to do what I say.

Being left out is a terrible feeling, and summer camp is something that only happens no more than once a year,
You don't need to get involved in the praise, worship and lovey share-your-feelings stuff, just try to enjoy it how you want to :)
If you have friends you can enjoy it with, then you really should go, if not, maybe it isn't worth it; a camp is not much of a camp if it isn't enjoyable! Like teachers say, they claim that camps are for See More▼ people to make new friends, you can try that.
What activities will you be doing at Pine Hill? It should be something you don't mind doing.
