What's your opinion on online dating?

It's not something I will be willing to try, it's very dangerous guys. There is a chance who your "lover" that your talking to is some pedophile, who f**ks children and abuses them.

It depends.
If it's true love, and you've met the person (via Skype or calling), then I think it's acceptable.

They could be lying to you about their pesonality, actions, and everything, they could also be rapists are pedophile!

Well you shouldn't date someone that you ONLY know online
But I think it's okay if you meet the person online, and then talk to them regularly through other social media or video chat and stuff

Honestly, I don't think online dating is the best idea. There is the dangers of pedophiles or hackers chatting with you online and sending viruses to your computer. Pedophiles could possibly gain all of your information and track you down. Also, it's better to actually talk to your date in person rather than chatting via a screen. (Plus how are you supposed to cuddle with your boyfriend/girlfriend if you are just talking on the computer?) I agree with @Eeveewarrior. It depends. If you truly feel like this person is amazing, and you love them with all your heart... If you trust them... If you know thing about them, like their full name, age, location, etc.... If you've Skyped or FaceTimed.. then yeah, I respect it.

If they've skyped or they know that the other one is actully looking for a relationship and they're not some creeper,I find it totally fine.A lot of people find love with someone across the world or near by,it's just how it is.Though,my opinion shouldn't matter when it comes to these things anyway.

It really depends on if the people are in love or not.

Well, considering I am in a online relationship I am in support of it but I don't just jump in. I think you should know this person for a while, skype, call them, etc and try to know the true them as much as possible. I'm in support of it because it decreases your chance of judging on outer beauty but inner beauty.

Some people just don't know how those things work and just give it a bad reputation while others are using it to be sex offenders who also give it a bad reputation or etc.

Once again, its best to know who you're talking to before getting too deep into it.
