Do you think Reality is real?

I remember watching a video from Vsauce about reality. So tell me: You see your hand right? You, yourself know it is there because you see it, but how do you truly know it is there? Just because you perceive it being there how do you really know it exists?

I want to talk about reality and what you all believe is really there and so forth =]
