Which is the best place to have it, and what month?

The best time to have a Convention to stop elder abuse would be on a weekend 1 or 2 weeks before school ends because mostly older teens or younger adults are the main abusers so if you have it then you can propare adults and teach olther teens and adults about abuse. The best place to have it would be in you capital city or at you towns community center or high school
