I say Foam only cus it funner and my sister had 1 and everybody who came had a BLAST!!

Y not both? *Mexican music plays* Sorry, anyway hamster balls are great if you have a few people and if it's a short party and the foam party is great for any size and for a medium length party... It really dpends on what ur friends like but hopefully this helped :) Good luck!
