While I like iris14's direct method I don't have the guts to b as confident as she so my suggestion is become friends with him find out if he likes u then make ur move. Hope this helps, good luck, and if u have any questions feel free to ask!

Okay first what you need to do is become friends invite him over kiss him on his cheek wrap your arms around his neck kiss him on his lips then tell him how you feel hope this helps
