Well I have long nails (not to brag) unfortunately I have no secret they just grow fast but I have a few tips to have long nails!!!
1.put lemon juice on them to prevent biting

Don't bite them, I heard soaking them in lemon juice is good for your nails. So try to do that, shape then with a nail file once a month and just allow them to grow you can grow nice long nails in about 3 months.
