How can you get rid of emetophobia?

Basically, emetophobia is an extreme fear of vomiting or seeing others vomit. I'm scared of both, and on top of that I feel sick almost all the time after a meal (breakfast is almost always fine) and that makes it really unfair. Anyone know a way to get rid of (or at least reduce) it?

I recommend deep breathing exercises. I have gastric reflux, which makes me puke a ton, which I hate, and it makes it easier to control by deep breathing because it takes my mind off of it. Breathe in deep through your stomach, it should rise and fall. Relax ?
