2 3/5 2 x 5 = 15 + 3 = 18/5
1 1/2 1 x 2 = 2 + 1 = 3/2

18/5 divided by 3/2 flip the 3/2 so that it is 2/3 then multiply the two

18/5 x 2/3 = 36/15 since this is a improper fraction you divide to get the actual answer

36 / 15 = 2 6/15 since 15 x 2 = 30 you divide those together. That leaves you with 6 add the denominator into the equation the denominator is 15. Now you reduce/simplify by 3 and that the final answer is 2 2/3....

Hope this helps :)

You turn 2 3/5 and 1 1/2 into improper fractions by multiplying the denominator by the whole number and adding the numerator. 2 3/5 becomes 13/5 and 1 1/2 becomes 3/2. Your division problem is now 13/5 divided by 3/2. You change division to multiplication and multiply by the reciprocal. So now your problem is 13/5 multiplied by 2/3. You multiply strait across and get 26/15. Reduce/simplify and your answer is 1 11/15.
