i'd say act differently to everyone else, don't blend in. don't change ur character, they :Dalways get more interested in u if you are different

Well, be yourself. Don't change who you are or anything. My suggestion would be to be really nice to people, and smile. You will come off as the nice, friendly girl that anyone can talk to. Hope this helps, and have fun in the 8th grade. Can't say I miss the 8th grade, but hopefull you'll have better teachers and less drama than I did...
