How do I tell someone I don't like them without hurting their feelings? because a friend of mine likes me and she keeps flirting with me and I rejected her about 17 times I think- so i need help on telling them without hurt their feelings?

I’ve done this before, just tell her that its not gonna work out and we’re better off just being friends
