Yes, that’s totally okay. I do the same thing before my morning boxing sessions. A regular coffee gives me that sharp focus to stay locked in, and the hot chocolate adds a nice little hit of carbs for energy without feeling heavy. Just make sure you’re drinking it about 45-60 minutes before hitting the bags so it has time to kick in. I got the idea while reading https://betterme.world/articles/2-week-body-transformation-female/ and it completely changed my morning routine.

I always have a coffee about 30–60 minutes before training, and it definitely helps me feel more focused and energized. As long as it doesn't upset your stomach or affect your sleep, I don't see a problem with it.

Yes, that's perfectly fine if it agrees with your stomach. Coffee before boxing can improve alertness, focus, and perceived energy, while the hot chocolate adds a small amount of carbohydrates for fuel. Just avoid excessive caffeine, stay hydrated, and don't rely on it every session. If you notice jitters, stomach discomfort, or trouble sleeping after evening workouts, reduce the amount or have it earlier.

electric towel warmers are also highly efficient. They are designed to use minimal energy while providing consistent heat, making them cost-effective in the long run https://tasalon.com/collections/towel-warmers . Many models come with adjustable temperature settings, allowing barbers or spa owners to choose the perfect level of warmth for their clients, ensuring that each towel is comfortably heated without wasting unnecessary energy. This control over the temperature also helps See More prevent towels from becoming overly hot or uncomfortable.

Totally ok. Just be sure to drink other liquids as well and you'll be fine. Nothing wrong with needing a little kick lol.
