my mum filled out an esta form what do i do

my mum has filled an esta form out for me and printed it out aswe are going on holiday to florida on thursday 28thmarch 2013. i have only shoplifted once and they have just given me a warning. i havent told my mum as you can understand i wont and she has ticked no for a crime and im scared. please tell me i can get into america im so scared about all of this and need to calm down but i cant until i know i will be ok
