My half brothers father won't let me see him... UK

I am 16 and live with my aunty and cousins (since my mum passed away) over 100 miles away from my half brother (mums side) he is 10. his father won't let me see him, he can be a violent man and is messing my brothers life up. I must have some kind of rights but i don't know what? Is it possible to get some kind of custody or have him moved in with me and my aunty? And if so who could i talk to about this?

Could you maybe tell your aunt? If you have already done that you could phone the police.

I'm sorry to hear this.It's sad.There are people you can contact.The police,like kearahodge01 said,are good people to talk to.Do everything in your power and work hard.I believe you can do it.I mean,if i'm 12 and searching for my biological parents why can't you be 16 and help your brother?
