how do i go about changing my motability car early,as its not suitable

i need to change my motability 3 year lease car,i have had it 3 months but its too small for our needs.the boot is too small for my disabled daughters wheelchair,my diabled daughter can only just get into the car as she wears specially made splints and boots.we currently have an astra,its not suitable.
