why do cisgenders believe that otherkin isn't real?

honestly im starting to get pissed by this bc,,, i use kins as a coping mechanic and if they don't believe in it, that's just really offensive? lmao i know that cisgenders are nasty all the time but not believing in otherkin? yikes!

1. I am cisgender and identify as nonhuman, so your assumption that all cis are one way is wrong, and discriminatory.
2. "Cisgenders are nasty all the time..." wtf is up with this statement. It's not acceptable to say "gays are nasty all the time" so it's not acceptable to do it with cis either.
3. Copinglinkers (people who use otherkin as a coping mechanism) are 90% + of the time not otherkin. Kinnity is an innate identity, we don't chose it.

Because you clearly are doing it for attention. Some, I get, but otherkin like you are clearly doing it just to get looks. "Everyone is against me because I identify as a mythological being!!! Waaaahhhh!!!" There's a difference between doing it for attention and doing it because you truly feel like another being.
