If humans and aliens can mixed. It’s also like that in Star Wars and not just in Star Trek. For an example, twileks and humans can have kids together.

Well...it doesn't matter what they are, it's who they are and that's pretty much what makes them feel special from the inside...as long as they're ok with marriage, I'm fine with it...even if they did exist and came to earth they would've accept it depending on their very own decision or an opinion of what they think so far...
