No, if you look closely, it has joints. In the 19th century that was impossible. Now with this technology, it is (almost) on every robot.

Yea it was some what of a trick question. see they where started to be seen around the early 18th century and carried on but got more pretty by the century. but that dress i found while looking up 19th century dresses.
