Why I prefer cats over dogs: dogs need lots and lots of love and attention, and take up lots of time too because of their everyday necessities. I can't do that. I barely give my own sister all the love and attention she wants, imagine sharing with a dog! Poor kid. While cats hate attention, they love lazing around getting petted. Perfect. I can just sit there See More▼ with my book in my left hand and petting the cat with my right, and we're both happy. When I'm tired of that, I'll just leave the cat on the ground and go elsewhere. If he or she doesn't leave me first, that is. Too bad my mom prefers dogs.
