True if batman did not have any of his gadgets he would be at a disadvantage. But if we are going this deep into it you have to remember that superman has very high morals, so a sneak attack/team up with joker(kinda) does not seem realistic. But if superman did do these things the bat also has other skills including but not limited to... Strength(average strong See More▼ guy), not a lot of morals, detective skills, and the fact that he is very smart. Now superman may have super powers but batman has probably done research on superman and knows ways to beat him without gadgets or kyroptonite. You are right to assume that superman might win but batman still has many skills that us fans are not aware of. Thank you for commenting and if you read all this, congrats. Happy voting!

Superman. If Batman didn't have his gadgets around, (let's say superman ambushed him) he would be defenseless to the powers of superman, which can only be taken away with kryptonite. If Batman didn't have his utility belt (which would hold the kryptonite) Superman's powers would be too much for him to handle. Now the battle also depends on the setting, what other See More▼ characters are around, and if they could tell the other is coming. If Superman was fighting, say, Lex Luther, and Batman attacked, Batman would have the advantage of surprise and Superman would be 1. outnumbered 2. weak from fighting but if Batman were fighting Joker, when Superman attacked, Superman would have the advantage of surprise and have Batman outnumbered and weak. If they agreed to have a fight in an empty place with all their stuff and no villians, kryptonite, etc. anything could happen. But I still think that Superman could pull off the win against Batman in most circumstances.
