Well, I would chosen Collapsed only if there was something that 'broke' in the first place.
Or just use Fourth World since this one sounds like it's out of another demension from ours with simelairities but broken, and cause rest kinda sound boring.

And if your making the novel I suggest you post a lill poem at the end of each chapter, somethin like;
"The rules See More▼

the society itself collapsed and was broken and the fourth world option was because a fourth world is an extension of third world that kind of fits with the world that i am creating.

Fourth World, for sure. The others are just like all of the others; interesting, but kind of cliched. Fourth World IMMEDIATELY peaked my interest and now I want to know what it's about....

Is this going to be an actual book? What IS it about?

yea, its for a book i have been writing. It about a United States five years after an economic and government collapse. All laws have been abolished and the country is similar to a third world country. Most of the land is riddled with criminals and bandits and the cities are full of poverty and disrepair.

YES

And it could have a lot of hidden messages, too. Almost a Hunger Games type outlook that shows how little attention we pay to people in need and yet we could all have the same needs at any moment.
