Your lungs ached, longing for rest, yet you didn't stop. You couldn't stop. You could already feel its breath on your neck, whatever it was.

I'm guessing this is

You looked behind you, only to find nothing chasing you. As usual. Finally, you arrived at a door. But, as you expected, right before you opened it, you woke up.

Well, that's anti-climatic
Wait, so we were

"It happened again," you thought glumly. It happens almost every night now. Not just dreaming in general, but the same dream. Nothing even changes about it whatsoever. As you were wondering for the millionth time why this happens, a loud knock interrupted your thoughts.

At the moment you were in between jobs, since you got fired from you last job, working at/as {insert dream job here.} As a result, you now owed the landlord, including this months rent, a grand total of $3,000. Looking the landlord in the eyes you explained...

"No rent again! Look, Ive been nice to you to let you stay this long, but its time for you to pack your bags and leave. Have all your stuff out by tomorrow. You wanted to keep your stuff, but your parents are living in america at the moment, and considering you have no where else to go, keeping the items would require a walk accross London with everything, seeing you dont have a car.

*time skip to a week later*
"This is impossible," you wanted to scream. You spent a whole week doing nothing but trying to get a job, but you had no luck whatsoever. With all your hope drained, you slumped on the ground and cried. "Hey, whats wrong?" You heard a voice say from above you...
