You need to tell someone who can help you. It’s really not worth doing. It’s like a drug. It’s a temporary high and makes you feel worse afterwards, which makes you want to keep doing it. There are so many other ways to cope.

You shouldn’t cut. I’ve been struggling with the addiction for almost four years now and I regret it every time. I wish I never started in the first place. Tell your parents what you’re going through or the school councilor. Don’t hold it in and make it worse. It’s not worth it.
