You have to either take a picture of it and transfer the pic to the computer, or use a scanner to scan it into the computer.

Well, if it's saved, then you go to the photos section of the page. at the top, there should be something that says 'post up pictures' or something like that. Click on it, then click 'browse' and select the picture.
