Dear Qfeast
I have been experiencing some bugs/glitches. When I was making a poll, and I clicked "Publish", it just froze! I don't know if it is just a hacker or bug. But, it is really annoying me! I had to re-exit and go on Qfeast 3 times! It was still the same! It would not let me publish! If there is ANYTHING you can do to fix it.

The notification number on the news feed is annoying me a little. I come on after a while, and there is a big number, and I can't get rid of it without scrolling through everything. Maybe make it so that the number disappears after you click the new feed button?

The counter helps you to know how many new feed items actually are not yet read. For example, if somebody has a lot of news feed items, like 100+, it might be hard for him/ her to know where to stop searching the [News Feed] for new things, without this counter style and the "new" bubble. Similar for [Notifications]
TIP: You can also press at any time the "Mark See More as Read" or "Delete All" and the counter will reset immediately (top of the page).

how can I send the link to my students?
This is up to you (like email them), Qfeast do not provide link sending. On Qfeast you can create quiz, story, question, poll or page and the people who follow you, will be instant notified about it (broadcasting)

Can you do something about the newsfeed bubble I can never get it back down to zero and it keeps going up by almost 200 a day (and that's what I don't check) can you change it to how many are there since you last checked instead oh how many have not been seen?

The news feed items can be marked as "read" in several ways:
- you scroll down over them in the [News Feed]. The green "new" mark will turn to grey for them
- either you click on "Mark as Read All" button (on Desktop/ Tablet)
- delete them all, by clicking on "Delete All" (on Desktop/ Tablet), meaning this will set the counter to 0
We have checked your account See More and it looks like you have a total of ~2K news feed items, so the unread items will be probably somewhere at the bottom of the [News Feed] for you, maybe a bit hard to scroll to them to find them.
So, it is probably much easier for you to just click on the "Mark as Read All"

Thank you for your quick response. We see that you have already uploaded many photos in the past on Qfeast, so we believe, this issue appeared is recently. Do you have any idea when you tried for the first time uploading and didn't worked?
- Please retry uploading an image that you have already uploaded successfully in the past.
- Is this happening when you try See More to upload a photo to your profile, or to Pages also?

On mobile, the pictures won't come up I don't know why
Probably is caused by a CDN zonal issue. It should recover shortly. Content Delivery Network- takes images / files from Qfeast servers and deliver them in distinct zones, closer to you

Recently I don't know why but I'm not able to look at any pictures. All I see is a blank space and a blue square with a white question mark in the middle. I have tried to refresh but it just wont work. Please find out what's happening?

1) Do you know which version of Internet Explorer, more exactly?
2) We are still a little confused, do you mean the chat pm box, bottom right of the screen, or the "Send message to ..." popup, after you visit someone's profile, and click "Send message"? It would be so useful if you could upload a screenshot (to this page).

hey @Qfeast I have a problem!! It wont send out the email to confirm my email! Please help!!!!
Sorry about that, we've just informed yahoo responsible. It takes just 1-5 minutes to create a gmail.com email account. You will be able to change it back to yahoo once the issue is fixed.

My "Who to Follow List" Usually only has 4 people, even on mobile, and those 4 people are people I have either blocked or refuse to follow for personal reasons. Every now and then it will have 5 people on the list, but not often. Is there a way to remove these four people from Who to Follow?

So there's this hater and I've reported him a bunch of time for different things, but you never do anything about it :( What are your guidelines for banning people? Do they need to be reported by different people or something?
Please report the user. Every reported user / item will be carefully analyzed and the Qfeast admin team will take any action necessary to stop it and/or remove it.

Can you make a "New Users" thing and show the latest 5 people to join? That way people can welcome them to Qfeast :D
There is already a page for "newcomers" that users can subscribe right after they join Qfeast, is up to the user to be reachable by others.
Is not ok to force them receiving instant posts/ requests from other users, once they they joined Qfeast (many of them are here just to take quizzes, not to socialize).

So, Qfeast,
I have an idea that has to do with our contacts that we are able to message. I like how it shows up in the bottom right corner and then when they message you, little tab comes up. That's nice. But sometimes that little tab gets it the way, so I had an idea. Maybe we could have the ability to be able to move that tab to different places inside the window. It'd actually help with how it gets in the way sometimes. And instead of having to ex out of the tab, do stuff, See More and pull it back up, it's just be easier.
Just a suggestion!
