Istra: *wakes up in her cage, thinking she was still in the forest. She blinks hard and rubs her eyes, thinking it's a dream. Then she clasps her hands to her head and screams. It's bloodcurdling scream that chills you to the bone. She looks down and sees her clothes have been adjusted and she screams again, in disgust, anger, horror and fear*

Name: Istra Loki
Gender: female
Personality: guarded, untrusting, stubborn, witty, sarcastic, EXTREMLY rude at first but kind once you get to know her, determined, logical, growly
Species: Half-human
Looks: Shoulder length brown hair, swept over one eye and cut choppily, tanned skin, piercing amber eyes, blood red dragon wings, black and red scales over her eyes and framing her face, and on her arms and legs as well. Her scales effectively cover her whole body. She wears a ragged See More▼ skirt which the circus keepers cut shorter than it really was in order to (as they claim) show off her scales, which is black. She also wears a shirt, similar in appearance, also cut short, just in the center of her ribcage, again to supposedly show off her scales. Other than being part dragon, she is shockingly beautiful.

Powers: She can shape-shift into any creature of her choice due to a curse put on her by a witch.
Backstory: When she was born, she was part dragon. Now, this was nothing new in her family for they were all part creature. She just happened to be the only dragon in over three thousand years. But one day, when she was walking in the forest, a boy her age spotted her and instantly took a fancy to her. Unfortunately, it wasn't meant to be. You see, Istra loved him, but he was also loved by another. A witch named Astrid. Astrid despised Istra and cursed her in a terrible way. Astrid's curse took away all of Istra's beauty, happiness, youth, wits and turned her into a demon. But the boy, Dylan, refused to accept it. He was going to save Istra, no matter the cost. But the cost was to much. Dylan was killed by Astrid when he attempted to save Istra. But the spell was broken. Or at least, as much as it could have been. For, when Dylan sacrificed himself, the curse simply took another form. Istra was now able to shapeshift. Dylan did this knowing Istra's love of animals and hoped it would return some of her happiness that his death had taken from her. But Istra was never the same. Two years later, when she was sixteen, the circus keepers found her, sleeping in a tree. They stole her and changed her, into a desirable half beast, and brought her to the circus where she was imprisoned. TBC
